I created this course for beginners and for people that want to train core balance and stability. You only need a set of light dumbbells, a mat, and the will to change your mind and body.

I recommend you repeat his circuit two more times and/or you can join any one or two of my other workouts in MRX Gym Studio to get in at total body workout.

Also, incorporate this circuit into your schedule 3 days a week.

This course is for anyone that wants core exercises with the balance ball.
