Who doesn’t want to have a sexy round and lifted butt that will look amazing in any pair of jeans or bikinis? I have for you this easy glute and hamstring workout that everyone can do regardless of their fitness level. All you need is an exercise mat a chair and 10 minutes of your time.
I recommend you repeat his circuit two more times and/or you can join any one or two of my other workouts to get in at least a 30 minutes workout.
Also, incorporate this circuit into your schedule 3 days a week, whether its with your workout or you are watching TV, get up and work those buns.
This workout may be short, but it’s an awesome routine to get muscle toning and growth in our fav body part.
