Burn 150 is specifically formatted to help you quickly get into your fat burning zone through 10 minutes of integrated movements for your total body! Avoid long boring hours on the treadmill or elliptical and turn this into a 30-45 minute HIIT workout to burn up to 700 calories!

Busy day ahead and cant find the hour t o squeeze in your workout? You can still join this class and make a progress even if you’re super busy. It only takes 10 minutes of your time to do as many reps of as many exercises you can and BURN 150 Calories.

For best results, this workout should be completed 3 times a week in conjunction with another training class of your choice in MRX Virtual Gym Studio 1 with a healthy meal plan.
